REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION PACKAGES

It is highly recommended to read through this entire page, including all the rules and regulations, before proceeding with the conference registration process. This will ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and guidelines associated with the conference.

Please be aware that the conference has limited availability and a limited number of delegates will be accepted. There is a high level of interest in conference participation. The conference registration phases, both early bird and normal rates, may close without prior notice if all conference seats are sold out.

Registration will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly urge you to complete your registration as soon as possible to secure your spot.

Delegates are required to register for the conference only through the provided conference packages, listed below:

Registration only Package

• Registration fees (including conference entrance, conference materials, lunch & coffee breaks during the main conference days of November 04 & 05, 2023).

Single Occupancy Package:

• Registration fees (including conference entrance, conference materials, lunch & coffee breaks during the main conference days of November 04 & 05, 2023).
• Three nights’ single occupancy accommodation with breakfast at the designated package hotel.

Double Occupancy Package (2 persons sharing same room):

• Registration fees for the first person to register in the registration form (including conference entrance, conference materials, lunch & coffee breaks during the main conference days of November 04 & 05, 2023).
• Three nights’ double occupancy accommodation (twin or double room) with breakfast at the designated package hotel.
• A second person is required to register with this option. Please refer to the tables below for registration fees and choose the appropriate registration category for the second person. The fees for the second person are payable according to the chosen registration category.
  • Guests (Non – participating) category is available as second person in double occupancy and is not subject to a registration fee. Guests will not be allowed to enter any Conference Hall, nor will they be admitted to the lunches and coffee breaks of the conference.

Notes:

• Package fees apply until September 30, 2023.
• Package fees or Registrations may close without prior notice.
• Registration will follow a first-come, first-served rule.
• The registration package includes three nights of accommodation, with a check-in date of November 3, 2023, and a check-out date of November 6, 2023.
• If you need to make any amendments to your accommodation regarding the duration of stay or check-in/check-out dates, please contact secretariat@tif2023.org. In your email requesting the amendment, include your confirmed registration number and clearly state your request. Please note that while the secretariat will make every effort to accommodate your needs, requests are subject to availability and the terms by the hotel, and there is no guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre notes:

TOURISM TAX

• Effective 1 January 2023, Tourism Tax (TTX) at RM10nett per room per night will be collected by hotel from all foreign passport holders, on behalf of the Federal Government of Malaysia.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT

• Check in is after 03:00pm and check out is at 12:00pm

LATE CHECK OUT

• Late check-out can be arranged based on availability and on the discretion of the hotel at a fee. If such an arrangement is required, the hotel’s reception should be notified.

Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre notes:

TOURISM TAX
